– Day #1
Welcome on board !

We are delighted to welcome you to Belgium and hope your journey has been smooth.
Don’t worry—we’ll be there at the airport to greet you warmly.
We will arrange pick-up from both airports: Brussels Airport and Brussels South/Charleroi Airport.
Home parties

Get ready to experience something truly local!

- Pick-up at the hotel lobby at 6:30 pm (please be on time)
- You have already been assigned to a group — listen for your name in the lobby
- Dress code: casual

Friday – May 22nd
– Day #2
Tomorrowboat
10.30am
Hop on board the RT5 and discover Namur from the Meuse… but that’s not all
get ready for a Tomorrowland-style festival on the boat!
- 10:15 am pick-up at the hotel lobby — DON’T BE LATE!!!
- Dress code: Tomorrowland-inspired Belgian festival outfit
- Please make sure to have a good breakfast before boarding the boat
Nation’s night – “Fêtes de Wallonie”
6.00 pm
The Fêtes de Wallonie is Namur’s biggest annual event. Just for you, we’ll recreate it for one night
and it will be the true Nations’ Night experience!
- 6:00 pm pick-up at the hotel lobby
- Dress code: Your Euro Vision delegation outfit
- Address: La Cuve – rue des Brasseurs, 108 Namur

Saturday – May 23rd
– Day #3
Official meeting
10 am
- 10:00 am — Meeting room on the ground floor of the Mercure Hotel
- Dress code: Official Round Table style (tie mandatory)
- Ladies will visit the Citadelle and a perfumery (Pick-up at 10:00 am from the hotel lobby)
Panorama
1.30 pm
Let’s enjoy lunch together with the most beautiful view of Namur. And guess what?
Panorama is run by one of our very own tablers!
- We take care of your transportation from the official meeting to the restaurant Le Panorama
- Ladies will already be there, as it is close to the perfumery

Euro 5 meeting Gala
7.00 pm
We are so excited to welcome our head chef, Charles Jeandrain (One Michelin Star),
who will create an unforgettable culinary experience!
- Gala dinner in the Casino Club room (Mercure Hotel) — entrance via the Casino Club
- Dress code: Black tie
- If casino access is prohibited for you (for professional or personal reasons), a dedicated entrance will be arranged
Sunday – May 24th
– Day #4
This is the end
- Your trip back to the airport is your responsibility, but the Belgian team will be available to assist you if needed

Enjoy a fantastic duck race in Namur downtown (Sambre river) organised by Rotary Namur. Many RT5 tablers will be present, beers and food as well 🙂

Dear friends,
In a few months, the Namur Round Table will have the honor and privilege of welcoming you to the traditional RT5 Euromeeting. Without a doubt, this is the international event of the year. Come and discover Namur, a peaceful town on the river, and nevertheless the capital of Wallonia. We have put together a rich and varied program for you, featuring culture, gastronomy, and, of course, party!
